Description
The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a three-year contract to provide and maintain portable toilets, wash stations, storage containers, and dumpsters on an as-needed basis for the Department of General Services. The contract will be for a period of three years, and the bidder must provide all labor, materials, equipment, delivery, and shipping for the rental of various types of restrooms, restroom and shower trailers, roll-off dumpsters, and storage containers. The bidder must also provide a price to clean and service restrooms and trailers, empty roll-off dumpsters, and provide a weekly and monthly rental cost for all items listed.
• The contract is for a three-year period.

• The contract may be eligible for federal reimbursement and/or federal funding.
• The bidder must comply with all provisions of Louisiana Law and the Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances.
• The bidder must submit a completed, signed, and properly notarized affidavit with the bid submission.
