Description
The State of Alabama’s Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to perform one preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit at each of its West Central Region county facilities. The work must be completed between July 1 2026 and September 30 2026, includes filter replacement, coil cleaning, belt and electrical checks, and requires submission of detailed inspection forms (A, D, F) and before‑and‑after photographs. Only vendors that attended the mandatory site visit in Round 1 are eligible to submit a Quick Quote.
• Scope: Full preventive‑maintenance service for all listed HVAC equipment (air‑handling units, condensers, split‑systems, boilers, exhaust fans, etc.) at five counties.
• Requirements: Alabama HVAC, Refrigeration, and Gasfitter licenses; EPA‑608 certification for all technicians; water‑treatment certification where applicable; submission of completed inspection forms and repair quotes within the PO period.
• Timeline: Bids open 6/26/2026, close 7/8/2026; performance window 07/01/2026‑09/30/2026.
• Eligibility: Must have attended the Round 1 mandatory site visit; must meet all licensing and certification criteria.
