Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide after-hours janitorial services at the Fort Bragg DMV field office. The contractor will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tasks, including cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and other areas. The contractor must also maintain a weekly maintenance log and provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel to perform the services. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services.
• Key tasks include:
• Daily cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces
• Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tasks
• Maintaining a weekly maintenance log
• Providing all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Attendance at mandatory pre-bid conference and other meetings as required
