Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking information from potential sources to perform tests and inspections of fire extinguishers and kitchen fire suppression systems at the Gallup Indian Medical Center facility. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the fire safety equipment is functioning properly.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission.
• The contractor must provide a company profile, including business size and type of ownership, socio-economic status, and other related documentation.
• The contractor must provide a brief statement of their capability to perform the required services.
