Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire a supplier to furnish all labor and materials to provide charter bus services for SCSU's Marching 101 travel to Atlanta, Georgia. The solicitation is contingent upon the final football game scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2025. The funds available for this project are limited to $50,000.00.
• The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits.
• The contractor shall provide charter bus services for the marching band's travel to Atlanta, GA.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor shall provide a signed copy of this form with their offer.
• The contractor shall hold their offer open for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days after the opening date.
