Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of quarterly bread. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the period of performance will be from April 3, 2026, to June 26, 2026. The contractor will be required to deliver bread to the Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma. The solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses.
• The contractor will be required to provide whole wheat bread, white bread, whole wheat hamburger buns, and whole wheat hot dog buns.
• The contractor will be required to deliver the bread within 48 hours after baking.
• The contractor will be required to provide the bread in various quantities, including 7,000 loaves of whole wheat bread, 3,500 packages of whole wheat hamburger buns, and 2,400 packages of whole wheat hot dog buns.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling.
• The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and to maintain adequate insurance coverage throughout the period of performance.
