Description
The State Highway Administration (SHA) is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilet rental services for the SHA's Wicomico County facilities. The contract will be for a period of 48 months, with a start date of approximately December 1, 2025. The contractor will be required to provide two standard-size portable toilets with foot pump sinks, which will be serviced weekly. The contractor must be registered to do business in the State of Maryland and have at least three years of experience in providing portable toilet services.
• The contractor will be responsible for emptying waste tank contents, cleaning and disinfecting the toilets, and replenishing supplies.
• The contractor will be required to provide business liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance.
• The contractor will be paid on a monthly basis, with the price to be determined by the bid.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
• The SHA reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time.
