Description
The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide propane for the Tohono O'odham Agency. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to deliver propane to two locations in Arizona. The contractor must be able to provide proof of its capability to deliver fully manufactured items, which are in stock and ready to ship. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
• The products shall conform with the products and specifications in the solicitation.
• The contractor shall demonstrate its capability in meeting the delivery time frame.
• The contractor shall demonstrate its ability to meet the delivery deadline by providing proof of its capability to deliver fully manufactured items, which are in stock and ready to ship.
• Pricing shall include the cost of delivery in the per-gallon pricing.
