Description
Rowan University seeks an on‑call contractor to provide comprehensive signage services across its multiple campuses. The vendor will be responsible for designing signage that meets university branding standards, fabricating the approved designs using appropriate materials, and installing the finished products on‑site. The contract is structured as an indefinite‑delivery, on‑call arrangement with a one‑year base term and potential two‑year extensions, allowing the university to call on the contractor as needs arise.
• Scope covers design, engineering drawings, permitting, fabrication, testing, delivery, and installation of interior and exterior signage.
• Work will be performed at any of Rowan’s campuses in Glassboro, Mullica Hill, Camden, and Stratford, NJ.
• Pricing is submitted as hourly rates for labor categories; rates must include all costs and comply with New Jersey prevailing‑wage rules.
• Vendor must maintain extensive insurance, New Jersey public‑works registration, and comply with equal‑opportunity and anti‑discrimination requirements.
• The contract may be renewed annually up to a total of three years, with a 30‑day termination notice clause.
