RFQ for HVAC Maintenance Summersville Regional Office

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for HVAC maintenance services at the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles Summersville Regional Office. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest total cost. The vendor will be responsible for providing preventive and corrective maintenance services, including monthly inspections, repairs, and replacement of parts as necessary. The vendor must have experience maintaining HVAC equipment similar to that used by the agency and must be authorized by the manufacturer to perform repair and warranty work.
