Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a qualified vendor to modernize its MOVEit platform, which is used for secure file exchanges. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a detailed project plan, installing and configuring the new platform, migrating existing infrastructure, and providing training and support. The project is expected to last 12 months, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The vendor must demonstrate experience with MOVEit modernization and migration initiatives, particularly in highly available, enterprise, or public sector environments.
• The vendor must provide a detailed project plan and solution architecture.
• The vendor must install, configure, and migrate the MOVEit platform to a new modernized environment.
• The vendor must design and execute a rollout strategy and customer migration.
• The vendor must provide assessment, integration, testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
• The vendor must deliver complete project documentation, including implementation runbooks and administrator training materials.
• The vendor must support policy enforcement, authentication, monitoring, and compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
