Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide on‑site diagnostic radiology physician services at the Orlando VA Healthcare System. Two full‑time‑equivalent radiologists (with allowable subspecialty mixes) will deliver CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X‑ray interpretation during regular business hours, generating 9,000 wRVUs per physician annually. The contractor must credential and privilege all physicians before service start, maintain a backup pool of qualified radiologists, and comply with ACR practice parameters and VA credentialing directives. The contract runs for five years beginning 1 Feb 2027.
• Provide two on‑site diagnostic radiology physicians (full‑time) with board‑certification/eligibility and at least three years recent experience.
• Deliver 9,000 relative value units per physician each year, covering CT, MRI, ultrasound, and diagnostic X‑ray interpretation, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑16:30.
• Complete credentialing/privileging within 60 days of award and maintain annual verification; offer substitute physicians and a continuity‑of‑care plan.
