Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide certified testing of 33 backflow prevention assemblies at the Sepulveda VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for testing the assemblies, verifying and documenting device type, size, serial number, location, and test values, and providing written recommendations and quotes for any required repairs. The contractor must hold current certification as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester in the state of California and maintain valid calibration records for all test equipment. The period of performance will be 45 days from the date the purchase order is awarded.
