F103--HVAC Cooling Towers Testing and Maintenance

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC cooling towers testing and maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for determining the appropriate size of chemical base tanks, delivering chemicals, and transferring them into the base tanks. The contractor will also be required to collect, analyze, and report sample data as required by the contract. The services will be performed on a weekly basis, and the contractor's representative will be required to perform testing in person.
