RFQ CONTRACT MANAGER AT RISK SOLICITATION SUSPENSION

The City of Apache Junction has suspended the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicitation for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the City Services Expansion Project. The City has decided to wait until a Project Manager/Construction Manager (PM/CM) has been selected before proceeding further. The City anticipates that the PM/CM selection process will be concluded in the near term. • The RFQ solicitation was advertised in the Arizona Business Gazette on February 12, 2026. • The City of Apache Junction appreciates the interest of respondents in their upcoming project. • A new submission date has not been established yet.
