Emergency Notice NOMAD

The State of Illinois, Department of Innovation and Technology, is soliciting bids for an emergency purchase of NOMAD software licensing and associated maintenance. The software is used by large state agencies for critical administrative operations, and the current environment is in a critical state and can no longer be supported. The procurement is for moving the perpetual licenses to the cloud and increasing the license usage. The estimated end date of the project is June 7, 2026. • The software being purchased is only available from the vendor: Select Business Solutions, Inc. • The estimated amount of this expenditure is $247,500.00. • The project duration is estimated to be around 89 days, from the expected start date of March 10, 2026. • The vendor will provide NOMAD Software Licensing and associated maintenance, including moving the perpetual licenses to the cloud and increasing the license usage.
