Description
St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for continuous off-site Alarm Monitoring Service provided by an approved Central Monitoring Station. The County is also seeking prices for service related to fire and burglar alarm maintenance and repair. The successful bidder will be required to provide 24/7 monitoring services, respond to alarm signals, and perform maintenance and repair work as needed. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods.
• The contractor must guarantee the quoted prices for a period of 90 days.
• The contractor must comply with all federal and state employment/labor regulations.
• The contractor must provide continuous 24-hour, 7-day-a-week alarm monitoring service.
• The contractor must have certified technicians available within a 1-hour drive time to arrive at any County facility.
• The contractor must respond to trouble or supervisory signals within 24 hours of the initial service call request.
