Rowan University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive plumbing maintenance, repair, and pipe‑jetting services across all its campuses in New Jersey. The vendor will be responsible for emergency and non‑emergency response, submit cost‑plus estimates for work, maintain equipment and inventory, and ensure compliance with state regulations and university policies. The contract is a three‑year base period with up to two one‑year renewal options, and pricing will be based on a flat hourly rate per unit with no sales tax added.
• Provide 24/7 emergency plumbing response (1‑hour response) and 4‑hour response for non‑emergencies.
• Submit “not‑to‑exceed” job estimates and separate invoices for each service call.
• Maintain qualified personnel (minimum 10 years experience) and undergo background checks; subcontractors require prior approval.
• Comply with New Jersey statutory requirements, insurance, bonding, and performance‑bond provisions.
