Electric Bus Charging Infrastructure - Design and CEI

The Lee County Procurement Management is seeking a consultant to design and provide construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for electric bus charging infrastructure. The project involves designing and installing electric bus charging stations at the LeeTran headquarters site. The consultant will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required for the project. The scope of work includes technical specifications and a scope of work that can be obtained from the Lee County Procurement Management website. • The project is funded in part or in whole by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and requires compliance with federal grant requirements. • The consultant must be registered in the E-Verify system and provide acceptable evidence if needed. • The consultant must disclose any lobbying activities and certify that they are not barred from doing business with the federal government due to past misconduct, fraud, or legal violations. • The consultant must provide a copy of their registration from the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, and certify that they are authorized to conduct business in the state of Florida. • The consultant must provide three reference surveys and disclose any negligence or breach of contract litigation.
