The State of New Mexico’s Office of the State Auditor is procuring a one‑year subscription to the CASE IQ case‑management SaaS platform for up to ten users. The solution provides a fully hosted, customizable complaint and investigation management system with 24/7 public intake, case workflow, analytics, document storage, and secure data hosting on U.S. Azure servers. The vendor, Customer Expressions Corp. (doing business as CASE IQ), is the sole source because it owns the proprietary software, holds the source code, and is the only vendor that previously won the initial bid and performed the custom implementation. The contract will begin July 1 2026 and run through June 30 2027 for a total value of $32,850.
