Description
The Town of Needham is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Independent Materials Testing and Inspection Services for town-wide building and construction projects. The scope of services includes materials testing and inspection of construction materials, soils, compaction testing, and other related services. The consultant fee will be negotiated per assignment based on established hourly rates and defined scope of work, with a total master contract not exceeding $300,000.00.
• The services will be provided on an on-call basis under the direction of the Building Design and Construction Department.
