Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to print 5,000 certificates for the METC Programs. The certificates must be printed in four-color process, with no bleeds, and on one side only. The paper must be in accordance with JCP Paper Specification Standards, and the ink must be heat-resistant and laser-compatible.
