The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking to purchase Cisco Systems Phones and related accessories. The procurement is a total small business set-aside, and award will be made to the quoter whose quotation offers the lowest-priced, technically acceptable solution. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517111, with a small business size standard of 1500. The required items include Cisco IP Phone 8861, IP Phone power transformer, Power Cord, and other accessories. • The items must be brand name or equal in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. • The vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system. • The offerors are required to submit documentation from the manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured. • The Government may, in its sole discretion, choose not to respond to questions received after the deadline.
