Multifamily & Mixed Use Pro Forma

The City of Cedar Rapids Economic Development Department is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare detailed pro‑forma financial models for multifamily and mixed‑use development projects within the city. The scope includes gathering market data, projecting development costs, revenue streams, financing structures, and sensitivity analyses to support the City’s planning and incentive decisions. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City’s E‑Procurement portal by September 30, 2026.
