The project aims to replace the current POS system with a more robust and scalable solution that meets operational needs across physical sales outlets, the RTD web store, and back-office processing. The proposed solution should address the current limitations, including a $50,000 invoice cap, constrained offline transaction capabilities, and limited audit visibility. The scope of work includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of the POS system. • The proposed solution should be able to handle a high volume of transactions and provide real-time data and analytics. • The solution should be scalable and flexible to accommodate future growth and changes in the business. • The proposer should have experience in implementing similar POS systems and provide references. • The proposer should provide a detailed technical proposal, including a description of the proposed solution, system architecture, and implementation plan. • The proposer should provide a cost proposal, including all costs associated with the implementation and maintenance of the POS system.
