Description
The City of Johns Creek is soliciting sealed bids from recommended and qualified Georgia-based contractors for the replacement and turnkey installation of a Video Wall System within the City's Traffic Control Center. The selected contractor will provide the replacement and turnkey installation of a new Video Wall System, including all labor, equipment, materials, configuration, testing, and commissioning necessary to deliver a fully operational and integrated video wall solution. Key requirements include:
* Removal of existing wall and installation of a Neoti Direct View LED video wall (1.2 mm pixel pitch) integrated with a VuWall video wall control platform
* Compliance with the City's specifications and requirements
* Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting
* Submission of questions and proposals through the BidNet electronic bidding platform
* Compliance with the City's standard terms and conditions
* Provision of a cost proposal and other required documents
* Ability to complete the project within 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed
