Navajo County is seeking a qualified newspaper to provide an annual advertising and printing contract covering all legal notices, classified ads, and other required county advertisements for the fiscal year July 1 2024 through June 30 2025. The contractor must publish items on specified dates, deliver copies to the County Clerk, handle proofreading and document conversion, and meet statutory advertising requirements. Bids are evaluated on the lowest responsive price per column‑inch, with a 60‑day offer validity period.
