Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide in-home oxygen and ventilation services to veteran beneficiaries in the VISN 16 area, which includes parts of Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to deliver these services, including setup, maintenance, and emergency response. The contractor will also be required to provide education and training to patients and caregivers on the proper use of the equipment and services. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with an estimated 3674 oxygen-using patients and 51 ventilator patients per month.
