Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Resuscitation Education Products and Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to acquire resuscitation education products and services to support its existing REdI ecosystem. The requirement includes day-to-day operational and implementation support services, maintenance and warranty coverage for approximately 2,050 RQI Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Mobile Testing Stations, and continued access to the RQI 1Stop digital platform. The contractor will provide electronic licenses for resuscitation education, instructor materials, and associated digital curriculum updates. The contractor will also provide support services, including technical support, customer service, and account management. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of up to 60 months. • The contractor will provide support services, including daily program support, program coordination support, and warranty support for Mobile CPR testing stations. • The contractor will provide technical support services to VHA end users and program staff. • The contractor will provide access to national databases that allow VHA facilities to benchmark performance metrics related to overall resuscitation outcomes. • The contractor will maintain all required security and authorization statuses for the digital solution. • The contractor will provide electronic courseware that supports adaptive, scenario-based resuscitation training and certification.
