PWP CL-2026-175) Addendum 4 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS AT TERMINAL 1 ROTUNDA

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking bids for electrical improvements at Terminal 1 Rotunda. The project includes replacing aging electrical panels, transformers, automatic transfer switches, and circuit breakers. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price and a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price. • The project is located at Harry Reid International Airport. • The contract is subject to Executive Order 11246 and the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Federal Labor Provisions. • The requirements of 49 CFR part 26 apply to this contract. • The contract is for a public works project, and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid guarantee equivalent to 5 percent of the bid price. • The contractor must furnish a list of subcontractors and their corresponding work scopes. • The contractor must comply with the provisions of NRS 338.01165 regarding the hiring of apprentices. • The contractor must factor compliance with SB 82 into their bid pricing.
