Epic Implementation and Training Services

The University of Iowa is seeking qualified suppliers to provide Epic implementation and training services. The services include collaborating with application owners and stakeholders to identify critical functional requirements, recommending technical design and procedures, configuring and customizing applications, reviewing and analyzing system problems, and developing and maintaining detailed project plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in the development and support of applications used by non-technical customers to support and enhance healthcare workflows processes, as well as experience with Epic specific healthcare enterprise applications. • Experience in application development and support • Experience with Epic specific healthcare enterprise applications • Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff • Experience with basic project management and workflow analysis
