Request for Offers (RFO) for Workstation Management Services (WMS)

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a contractor to provide Workstation Management Services (WMS) to support end-user computing devices leased and owned by HHSC. The contractor will be responsible for providing account management, repair services, installation and de-installation services, equipment moves, return services, and other services as needed to support end-user computing devices deployed at statewide HHS locations. The contractor must provide WMS throughout the State of Texas and must be capable of providing services and support to all System Agency sites, facilities, or other locations approved by the System Agency. Some key requirements include: • Providing services during the principal period of service (PPS) hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (local site time) Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays • Providing a transition plan for taking over the services from the outgoing service provider • Providing a qualified account management team that includes project and contract management roles • Assisting end-users in remote work environments and addressing the challenges workers face by providing innovative technology solutions • Providing statewide coverage and supporting all System Agency sites, facilities, or other locations approved by the System Agency
