The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to perform a one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit at each DHR county office covered by the solicitation. The work must be completed between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026 and includes inspection, filter replacement, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, and any necessary repairs on a variety of split‑system, packaged, and water‑cooled HVAC equipment. Bidders must submit a single unit‑price that covers the full cost of the visit for each location, and must hold all required state HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses, plus EPA Section 608 certification.
