Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 15,000 VA Form 0214A Retirement Certificates. The certificates must be embossed and stamped with a gold foil seal, with no printing or typesetting required. The contractor must use supplied paper and foil, and must deliver the completed order by January 20, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for packing and shipping the certificates, and must provide tracking numbers and shipping receipts to the agency. The contractor must also comply with GPO Contract Terms and Quality Assurance Levels and Standards.
