Managed IT and Phone Service

Haralson County is seeking a managed IT and phone service provider to support its local government operations. The selected provider will be responsible for providing IT managed services, cyber security, and phone service/support over a three-year period. The proposal must include a fixed cost proposal with exceptions for large or unplanned projects. The provider will be required to provide a comprehensive and cost-effective backup and disaster recovery program, as well as a maintenance and support program. The provider will also be required to provide a phone system and phone support, including a dedicated circuit for voice traffic and a redundancy plan. • The provider must have industry expertise and experience in providing IT value-added services. • The provider must have demonstrated customer service quality and support. • The provider must have previous relevant experience in providing IT services to government agencies. • The provider must have a comprehensive security solution that includes managed endpoint security, URL and DNS filtering, and ongoing cyber security awareness training. • The provider must have a backup and disaster recovery plan that includes hardware and software to protect all production server data and systems.
