Fire Alarm Maintenance, Testing, Monitoring, and as needed Replacement

The Housing Authority, City of Los Angeles is seeking a contractor to provide fire alarm maintenance, testing, monitoring, and replacement services as needed. The contract will involve performing initial tests, inspections, and repairs of fire alarm systems at various locations. The selected contractor will be required to provide spare sprinkler heads, wrench, and cabinet for spare heads and wrench, and ensure that the fire alarm control panel is free of troubles. The contractor will also be responsible for testing and inspecting fire alarm systems, including smoke detectors, beam detectors, and manual pull stations. • The contractor must have experience in fire alarm maintenance and testing. • The contractor must have a valid certification in fire alarm testing. • The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive report of all tests and inspections performed. • The contractor must be able to provide spare parts and materials as needed. • The contractor must be able to perform repairs and maintenance of fire alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner.
