Project Manager Training

The United States Army Corps of Engineers is seeking proposals to deliver foundational project management training courses that cover internationally recognized project management principles, program management, integrated project controls, and performance management. The training will illustrate how USACE applies these concepts in real‑world scenarios supporting the Ukraine State Special Transportation Service (SSTS). This is a commercial services solicitation and is not set‑aside for small businesses. • Provides overview of project and program management best practices. • Includes integrated project controls and performance management modules. • Tailored to support USACE operations for the Ukraine SSTS. • Delivered as a series of courses at MK Airbase, Romania. • Requires a comprehensive RFP response by the specified deadline.
