Description
The Town of Greenburgh is seeking bids for the upfitting of two 2025 Ford Transit 250 Cargo Vans. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of new, unused equipment such as insulation, wall and ceiling liners, flooring, HVAC kits, shelving, and other components. The vendor shall provide a turnkey solution, delivering fully outfitted and road-ready vehicles.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the net cost of equipment and full installation.
• The vehicles are currently in the Town's possession and will be transported to the awarded vendor's location for upfitting.
• Emergency lighting, sirens, radios, and wiring will be installed by the Town prior to delivery to the vendor for upfitting.
• All equipment must be installed per the manufacturer's specifications, unless otherwise stated.
• The contractor is responsible for consulting with the GPD Fleet Director regarding any uncertainties or deviations.
