Description
The Coffee County School Nutrition Program is seeking bids for bread. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering bread to the school nutrition program. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The bidder must comply with the Buy American provision, which requires purchasing domestic commodities or products for use in meals served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. The bidder must also have a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan in place.
• The bidder must provide prices that are firm for 180 days from the date of the contract award.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state regulations.
• The bidder must provide nutritional data for all products.
• The bidder must have a system in place for tracking and recalling products.
