Description
The 72d Air Base Wing (72 ABW) at Tinker AFB intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the acquisition of Avigilon brand name access control equipment, components, and associated software. The acquisition will utilize FAR Part 12 Commercial procedures, and evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government anticipates awarding three to five BPAs.
• The BPAs will have a period of performance of five years from the date of award.
• The overall BPA limit is $4.5 million.
• No individual call under this agreement shall exceed $250,000.
• The contractor shall furnish supplies and services, if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or the authorized representative.
• The contractor shall comply with all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations, and certifications.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with one, some, or all vendors if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer.
