System Implementor/Integrator (SI) Partner & Consulting Services for the ERP Solution

The University of New Mexico is seeking a System Implementor/Integrator (SI) partner to support the implementation of a modern cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The SI partner will be responsible for providing end-to-end consulting, implementation, and delivery services necessary to successfully implement the SaaS ERP platform. The scope of work includes discovery, planning, and readiness, project governance and management, business process design and fit to standard, configuration and build support, architecture and integration strategy, data governance and migration, systems integrations, testing and quality assurance, change management, communications, training, and adoption. Some key points to note: • The University is looking for an SI partner with experience in implementing SaaS ERP solutions in higher education, particularly in research-intensive institutions. • The implementation will include Finance, Human Capital Management/Payroll, Procurement/Supply Chain, and potentially Student Information System (SIS) Administration. • The SI partner will be expected to collaborate closely with the software provider and the university’s information technology, data governance, and information security and privacy teams. • The University is looking for a long-term strategic partnership with the SI partner, with a focus on delivering a sustainable, auditable, and scalable SaaS ERP environment.
