Description
The project involves the replacement of four existing condensing boilers and one gas-fired water heater with two new condensing boilers and one indirect domestic water heater. The work includes removing existing piping, hydronic specialties, and electrical connections, and providing new piping, specialties, and electrical connections to the new equipment. The project also includes the removal and replacement of a roof-mounted 100-ton DX air-cooled condensing unit. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the owner and other stakeholders to minimize disruptions to the existing building and its occupants.
