Family Caregiver Support Program Services

The Los Angeles County Aging and Disabilities Department is seeking proposals for the Family Caregiver Support Program Services. The program aims to provide services to unpaid, informal caregivers caring for older individuals and older relative caregivers primarily caring for a child or individual(s) with a disability(ies). The purpose of the program is to help minimize the negative emotional, physical, and financial consequences of unpaid family caregiving by providing access to available support services. Proposers must have a minimum of five consecutive years of experience providing FCSP services or equivalent services. The contract term is expected to be one year with three annual one-year options to renew. • The program will serve Los Angeles County Service Planning Areas 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8, excluding the City of Los Angeles. • Proposers must submit a proposal that includes a business component and a cost component. • The evaluation criteria will include business and cost proposal evaluation scores. • The contract term is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and continue through June 30, 2027. • The estimated funding for the program is approximately $1,612,000 in Fiscal Year 2026-27. • Proposers must attend a mandatory proposers' conference on February 18, 2026. • Proposers must submit their proposals by 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026.
