Water System Improvements – 8” Water Line

The City of Scranton, Arkansas is seeking bids to construct approximately 2,010 linear feet of new 8‑inch PVC water main, including casing, a new pressure‑reducing valve (PRV) vault, associated valves, fittings, two fire hydrants, and related appurtenances. The project will replace or extend existing infrastructure from the Cherry St. / HWY 109 PRV vault to a new PRV vault at Main St. / HWY 197. Bidders must register as plan holders, submit sealed bids by the deadline, and provide bid security as required. The work must comply with Arkansas contractor licensing requirements and encourages participation from small and veteran‑owned businesses.
