Description
The City of Dayton is seeking bids from highly experienced and professional independent contractors or firms to provide Court Reporting Services on an as-needed basis. The services shall include, but not be limited to, the requirements stated in the bid document. The contractor shall have an adequate number of experienced personnel on staff, provide Registered Professional Reporters (RPR), shorthand reporters, and provide all equipment, material, and supplies necessary to perform the required services. The contractor must be able to provide a Court Reporter within a minimum of eight (8) hours' notice.
• The contractor shall deliver original transcripts and other prescribed materials to the Civil Service office within twelve (12) calendar days, or less, from the date of the hearing.
• The contractor shall provide original, full-size transcripts (original hardcopy provided in condensed format, four to a page, with word index.
• The contractor shall provide original, full-size transcripts and other prescribed materials via email, flash drives, or other forms of electronic media, as requested by the City.
• The contractor shall maintain confidentiality and security of all shorthand notes, records, tapes, transcripts, and related correspondences prior to, and post, delivery to the City.
