Description
The Judicial Council of California is seeking qualified consultants to provide title and escrow consulting services for various projects. The selected consultants will enter into a Master Agreement with the Judicial Council, which will include a three-year term with a possible two-year extension. The scope of services includes professional title and escrow consultant services, such as providing title reports, issuing title insurance policies, and serving as an escrow holder. The consultants will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and costs.
• The Judicial Council is seeking multiple consultants to provide services throughout the state.
• The selected consultants will be required to have all necessary licenses and certifications to perform the services.
• The consultants will be evaluated on their project team expertise, statement of services, references, and approach to project management.
• The Judicial Council has a Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) program with a participation goal of 3%, and qualified consultants may receive a DVBE incentive.
