Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide lodging, conference space, and meals for the Spiritual Readiness and Resilience Training (SR2T) event. The event will take place from 29-31 May 2026, at a location within 50 miles of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The contractor must provide accommodations for up to 60 adults and 40 children, including guest rooms, conference rooms, and catering services. The contractor will also be responsible for providing audio-visual equipment, fitness center access, and other amenities. The key objectives of this contract are to provide a safe and comfortable environment for participants and their families, and to support the SR2T event's goals of promoting self-awareness, awareness of others, and healthy relationships.
Some of the key requirements include:
• Providing 25 guest rooms with two queen beds, workspace, and amenities
• Providing conference space for up to 60 adults and 40 children
• Providing catering services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Providing audio-visual equipment and other amenities
• Ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
