Services for manual address validation

The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing is seeking a vendor to provide manual address validation services for the state's Medicaid program, Health First Colorado. The vendor will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of member addresses and phone numbers, and providing updated information to the state. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to extend for an additional year. The vendor will be required to provide a web-based platform and telephony services to support the address validation process. The state is looking for a vendor with experience in address validation and a proven track record of providing high-quality services. Some key features of the job include: • Providing updated phone numbers and address information for Health First Colorado members • Utilizing electronic means to locate member information • Providing access to a web-based system that organizes, scores, tracks, and sets reminders for phone numbers and address verification data results • Providing training to Department staff on the web-based platform and portal • Generating reports on the number of requests completed, phone numbers found, and addresses found • Providing a Close out Report at the end of the project
