Description
The Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC) is seeking a sole source award to Culligan International DBA Consolidated Water Group LLC for the maintenance of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment System. The system is currently installed at the MDMC facility in Albany, Georgia, and the contract will cover preventative maintenance and sustainment services, including monthly system performance evaluations, annual water analysis, and replacement of consumable items. The contract is valued at an estimated amount and will have a period of performance of one year, beginning 60 days from contract award. The key services to be provided include:
• Preventative maintenance and sustainment services for the RO Water Treatment System
• Monthly system performance evaluations
• Annual water analysis
• Replacement of consumable items such as salt, pre-filters, and RO membranes
• Associated maintenance necessary to maintain system reliability and optimize performance
The award is being made on a sole source basis due to the fact that Culligan is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole authorized service provider for the Culligan RO system.
