Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to provide Dovetail Genomics LLC Micro-C services for samples processing and associated data generation. The purpose of this project is to acquire Micro-C services to support NCI/CCR/LRBGE research on the effects of substrate stiffness on 3D chromatin architecture in colon cancer cell lines. The contractor will be required to process 8 government-provided samples using the Dovetail Genomics LLC Micro-C Service workflow and provide analysis and technical support.
• The contractor must use the Dovetail Genomics LLC platform and associated standard procedures.
• The contractor must deliver data files and summary documentation electronically to the government technical point of contact.
• The contractor must provide technical consultation and biostatistical support.
• The government will review deliverables within 10 business days after receipt and may reject or accept them.
